Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals from qualified agencies for the provision of Mystery Shopping Market Research for UNICEF in various countries.
A Long Term Arrangement for Services (LTAS) will be established with the most qualified agency for a maximum period of three years.
The purpose of the research is to evaluate the quality of the Supporter services in National Committees, whether communication is via telephone, or email/website for different types of requests, and benchmark this against the supporter services of a major competitor in a few countries.
