Construction of ITU own Projects for ITU Telecom World 2014.

The International Telecommunication Union issues the present Request for Proposal for the Construction of ITU own Projects for ITU Telecom World 2014, to be held in Doha, State of Qatar, from 7 to 10 December 2014.
With this Request for Proposal, ITU intends to engage, in accordance with its rules and procedures, a Vendor to perform and provide on a non-exclusive basis all requirements specified in Part III to the present Request for Proposal ‘’Terms of Reference’’.
Vendors shall hold all necessary permits and licenses required to perform services in the State of Qatar. The Contractor shall undertake to obtain at his own risk and expense all necessary export licenses and authorizations.
1. Intention to Tender
Vendors are kindly requested to complete and return via e-mail the Acknowledgement Form (Annex 1.1) by the deadline of Thursday, 17 July 2014 at 15:000 hours (Geneva time) to the following e-mail addresses:

2. Queries
This Request for Proposal will be administered by the ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, Vendors requiring any clarification about the Request for Proposal document, or the tender process itself, shall submit their queries in writing to the addresses referred in paragraph 1 by the deadline of Wednesday, 23 July 2014 at 15:000 hours (Geneva time). All queries duly received, as well as the related ITU responses, will be published on the UNGM website, without mention of the identity of the question’s source.
3. Deadline for submission of Proposals
Deadline for submission of Proposals is Wednesday, 13 August 2014 at 15:000 hours (Geneva time). Proposals shall remain valid until a contract is signed with ITU.
