Call for External Collaborator – Data Processing and Tabulation Expert

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO Office in Iraq seeks to engage an individual consultant (Data Cleansing and Tabulation Expert) to support the Central Statistical Organization and Kurdistan Region Statistics Office in processing and presenting Labour Force Survey data. The consultant will document all data cleaning codes and conventions in Arabic/English, prepare fully commented syntax files, assist in compiling the indicators list, support data validation, and generate statistical tabulations. A methodological report consolidating definitions and procedures will also be produced. Outputs must be accurate, replicable, and aligned with international standards. The consultant will work closely with ILO Iraq and counterparts. Please note that if travel is required, it will be limited to Erbil only and subject to government request. The ILO will cover approved travel costs (including visa fees if applicable) and provide a Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) in line with UN rules, except for consultants already based in Erbil.
