Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of AC Replacement Spare parts for Operational Haier and Midea.

1. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) intends in the future to solicit proposals for Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of AC Replacement Spare parts for Operational Haier and Midea. 2. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) requires a Contractor to Provide AC Replacement Spare parts for Operational Haier and Midea. for UNIFIL based on Long Term Agreement contract as per quantities and specifications that will be required. 3. The full TEC, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and other relevant documents will be provided at the future solicitation stage of Invitation to Bid (ITB). 4. By expressing interest, vendors must ensure that they are registered in UNGM or will be registering before participating in any possible future solicitation process. Those companies not registered with United Nations Global Marketplace (UMGM) cannot be included in the List of Invitees . Registration with UNGM (WWW.UNGM.ORG) is free of charge and mandatory for all companies wishing to participate in the UN solicitations. Specific Requirements/Information 5. Required is that companies responding to this EOI have UNGM registration identifying ‘UN Secretariat’ as a selected agency at minimum, Basic Level, with the understanding that the eventual awardee will be expected to meet Level 1 or Level 2 registration status. 6. UN reserves the right to issue the final solicitation documents only to those prospective Vendors that respond to the EOI, and are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission, or to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee participation in the eventual RFQ neither does it assure that a specific tender exercise will be undertaken in due course. 7. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of a Proposal.The RFQ and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations.
