Provision of Nuix Workstation Annual Subscription

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for an invitation to bid it intends to launch for the Provision of Nuix Workstation Annual Subscription. The main services requested include: • Nuix Workstation Annual Subscription including: Unlimited access to all functions of Workstation. Standard support and maintenance, including all software updates. Dongle ID = open. 2 dongles (2 cores per dongle). Support for over 1,000 file types and formats. Legal export for use in eDiscovery platforms. Distributed worker architecture (scalable by quantity of CPU cores licensed). Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capabilities for common languages, including Arabic. Full audit logging and chain-of-custody preservation. • Nuix Workstation Certified Training Programme The contract will be established for a duration of up to three (3) years paid on an annual basis, one year at a time, at the sole discretion of UNOG. Bidder must be a certified Nuix Partner. Training services should be delivered during office hours of UTC+2h (if delivered between April – October) or UTC+1h (if delivered between November – March). Please note that this call for expressions of interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. Only suppliers deemed qualified by UNOG to provide the required services will be invited to participate. All responses will be treated in strict confidence. Specific Requirements/Information Bidder must be a certified Nuix Partner.
