Buildout at Medical Solid Waste Management Unit in Kingston Jamaica - Deadline extended
PURPOSE
UNICEF Jamaica is issuing Request for Proposal to Construction firms to upgrade and expand the 1125sqft existing medical waste treatment facility located at 15-17 Drummond Street, Kingston, Jamaica.
OVERVIEW
This project involves the 1125 sq.ft upgrade and expansion of the existing medical waste treatment facility located at 15-17 Drummond Street, Kingston, to address the increasing volume of infectious medical waste, ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations, and enhance overall operational safety and efficiency.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following components: The project will be executed in three (3) phases to ensure minimal disruption to the facility’s operations and will adhere to the specified implementation timeframe.
SUBMISSION
Bidders shall submit their Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal as separate documents, along with the required attachments, in PDF format only on or before 23:55 PM on November 2, 2025 Kingston, Jamaica time, to jan-procurement@unicef.org. Please note that no physical submissions will be accepted at the office.
