HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Maintenance Service

This is a Request for Expression of Interest for a solicitation process that will follow and not the actual solicitation. Exact requirements will be in the solicitaiton document which will be shared with the parties expressing their interest. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), seeks to establish a service contract for the maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems at its premises located in Ciudad del Saber, Calle Arnoldo Cano Arosemena, Building 128, Panama City, Republic of Panama. The objective of this procurement process is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) units through a comprehensive service that includes, but is not limited to scheduled preventive maintenance, emergency repair services, replacement of spare parts, and regular supply and installation of air filters. The selected service provider will be expected to provide high-quality, responsive, and professional support in accordance with established industry standards and environmental best practices. The initial term of the contract shall be one (1) year, with the possibility of extension for a maximum of three (3) additional periods of one (1) year each, subject to performance, availability of funds and operational requirements are maintained (1+1+1+1).
