Provision of Creative Communication Services

The UNFCCC secretariat is seeking qualified company(ies) to establish a Long-Term Agreement/s (LTA) for provision of graphic design and related communication services, with an initial term of three years, extendable for up to two additional years. Participation in this solicitation is open exclusively to legally registered companies; proposals from individual contractors will not be considered. Services fall into two categories: 1. Graphic Design for Digital and Print: • Visual assets for social media, websites, apps, and publications • Layout of print/digital materials: reports, flyers, brochures • Event materials: banners, booths, posters, backdrops • UI/UX design: wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes • Print supervision and global delivery • Multilingual design (EN, FR, ES, ZH, AR, RU) • Accessibility compliance (e.g. WCAG) 2. Corporate Branding: • Brand and sub-brand development for UNFCCC and events (e.g. COPs) • Logos, toolkits, and branding guidelines • Visual identity design across platforms • Integration and expansion of existing UNFCCC branding • Brand implementation across digital and print products It is intended to set up one or multi-source long term agreements that cover the provision of one or both of the listed areas of expertise. Specific Requirements/Information The EOI response should include the following information: • Brief presentation of company including number of staff, turnover, years in business (max 1 page) • UNGM Vendor Registration Number • Reference list demonstrating qualifications for participating in this upcoming bidding process (max 1 page) • Contact information: full name and address, country, telephone number, e-mail address, website and contact person To be eligible to participate in this solicitation process, vendors are requested to submit a separate document to quotation@unfccc.int containing the following declarations and supporting documentation: • Whether company has a written corporate environmental policy, consistent with ISO 14001 (International Organisation for Standardisation), or equivalent. Please attach relevant documentation. • Declaration that company demonstrates a significant commitment to sustainability, for example through a corporate environmental policy or environmental management system/accreditation. • Declaration that company observes the UN Global Compact ten core values in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environment, and anti-corruption. • Declaration that company has not declared bankruptcy, is not involved in bankruptcy or receivership proceedings, and there is no judgement or pending legal action against company that could impair company’s operations in the foreseeable future. • Declaration that company has no unpaid debts to any public organization exceeding €15,000.00. • Declaration that company is not under formal investigation, nor has been sanctioned within the preceding three years, by any national authority of a United Nations Member State for engaging or having engaged in proscribed practices, including but not limited to, corruption, fraud, coercion, collusion, obstruction, or any other unethical practice. • Declaration that company has not been found guilty of grave professional misconduct, including non-compliance with environmental legislation, or of having not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions. • Declaration that company is legally registered and not an individual contractor.
