Servicing, Refilling, and Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers for UNMISS at Multiple Locations in South Sudan

The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and competent Companies who have required resources to service, refill, and maintain fire extinguishers for UNMISS Airfields and Air Terminals within the borders of South Sudan (multiple locations). UNMISS intends to establish contracts with selected vendors for initial period of three (3) year with option to extend for another two (2) years (one (1) year at a time). In addition to the informaiton contained in this REOI, interesting vendor should ensure the following minimum requirements are met: 1) Company should be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) or should start their registration process immediately if not registered using the link https://www.ungm.org. 2) Vendors who are registered at the basic level and level 1 are strongly advised to upgrade to level 2. 3) Company’s contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. Failure to provide this information in the EOI Form may result in a rejection of an EOI. 4) Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the UNSPSC code: 46191601 and 46191600 in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement. 5) Women owned business and business owned by people with disability are encouraged to participate.
