Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under the guidance of the National Programme Officer (BWB), the consultant will deliver capacity-building training on maternity protection, incorporating participant feedback and adjusting as needed to ensure effective outputs, outcomes, and long-term impact. Conduct in-person maternity protection training sessions in Ready-Made Garment (RMG) factories across Bangladesh. Develop and adapt training and communication materials to support learning objectives. Administer pre- and post-training assessments and submit comprehensive training reports, including participant feedback, reflections, and lessons learned. Collaborate with factory management on data collection and maintain follow-up communication with trainees. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
