UNFPA requires the provision of services to support gender-transformative programming in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region. The aim is to build the capacity of regional and country staff to design and implement gender-transformative interventions that address the root causes of gender inequality across programme areas such as GBV, SRHR, and Population and Development.
