New clarification added: Q1: Can bidders propose the same team of key personnel for several ongoing tenders? A1: As stipulated in the point IV of the "Evaluation method details" section of the ITB Particulars, a bidder who had submitted bids for previously launched ITBs for which UNOPS Uzbekistan has not yet published results, in order to meet the combined qualification requirements for a combination of ITBs, the Bidder is encouraged to propose, in addition to its main proposed team and equipment, alternative teams of key personnel for each subsequent ITB.
