Call for External Collaborator – Training of Trainers in Soil-Cement Construction, Curriculum Module Development in Nampula, ILO Office/Co-Lusaka/Decent Work For Youth in Mozambique – Projecta Jovem

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for a consultant to conduct a 10-day Training of Trainers on soil-cement block production in Nampula, develop a curriculum module in ,coordination with GIZ for formal integration into the national TVET system, and organize three awareness seminars in Nampula, Pemba, and Lichinga. These seminars will promote the adoption of the module, raise awareness on the importance of WBL and EIIP, and engage key stakeholders from the education, construction, and private sectors. The work will contribute to sustainable youth employment, skills development, and system-level improvements in TVET curricula, to be concluded by 25 September 2025
