This RFQ refers to the supply and delivery ICU equipment (Part XVI) to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The requirement is divided into into 9 lots

1. Vital signs monitor, multi-parameter, MRI-compatible; includes pulse oximeter – 2 pcs
2. Nurse’s Station Laryngoscope Set (1 handle) Set (Mac 1, 2, 3, 4) – 49 sets
3. Nerve stimulator – 1 pc
4. Examination mirror, agglutination (250×300×200 mm) – 1 pc
5. ENTONOX mixture (nitrous oxide/oxygen), medical, portable; includes regulator, hose, mask, mouthpiece, cylinder, fittings, and carrying bag – 3 sets
6. Defibrillator-monitor with pacer – 1 pc
7. Centrifuge, blood bank (hematocrit rotor) – 1 pc
8. Blood volume monitor, module – 7 pcs
9. Adult resuscitation bag – 67 sets
