Lunch (Buffet-including continental-dish, vegetable and fruit salad, water & soft drift, fruit juices) X 500 Participants

Extra bottled water to serve during the conference （Morning & afternoon） X 1000

Hall rental with hybrid conference facility-(PA system, decoration of hall, note pad and pen) with 2 extra rooms for break-out sections X 1
