SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 80/100 PENETRATION GRADE BITUMEN IN BENI, DRC

The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the Supply and Delivery of 80/100 Penetration Grade Bitumen DAP Mavivi Airport, Beni, DRC. The following will be the requirement: i) a) Proven experience of supplying similar products for at least a minimum of three (3) years. b) Provision of a minimum of two (2) client reference letters for successful supply of similar goods. c) Ability to provide the Manufacturers Product Quality Certification (ISO 9001 certification or equivalent). d) Capable of delivering goods DAP Mavivi Airport, Beni, DRC within eight (8) weeks after issuance of PO. ii) Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid. iii) MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the documents; MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI’s received after the deadline indicated below.
