UNICEF Invitation for Bidding for package for the supply, delivery, and installation of a Dental Examination Unit

Submission Deadline:
Offers must be received no later than 11:00 AM on 1 July, 2025. Price proposals arriving after the specified date and time will be invalidated.

Submission Method:
Emailed price quotations should be sent to mglprocurement@unicef.org, with a size limit of 10MB per email. The time stamp on the email message will be used to verify the submission time.

Documentation Requirements:
Include product specifications, brochure, and clear photos in your proposal.
Financial proposal must be signed and stamped and must indicate the amount without VAT and the VAT amount in Mongolian Tugrik.
Standard payment term is within 30 days after the invoice date.

Reference and Form Requirement:
The reference LITB-2025-9198007 must be included in your offer.
