New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please see our reply below.May we know if Cost Recovery is allowed for this tender? If yes, may we ask for guidance on how we can reflect that into the Financial Proposal? - We are not familiar with the cost recovery. However, the financial proposal can be approached in a lump-sum payment for personnel cost and reimbursable payment for the other non-personnel costs. Please refer to table 2 of the financial proposal form C.Best +regards,
