Request for Quotation for the Supply of Office Stationery

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) – Mission in Nepal is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the provision of office stationery items under a Long-Term Agreement (LTA). The agreement will span an initial period of two years, with a possible one-year extension based on performance. Interested suppliers are invited to submit their quotations in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFQ document. Quotations must be submitted either through the IOM Supplier Portal or via email. All prices must be quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR), inclusive of applicable taxes, and are expected to remain fixed for the contract duration. This RFQ is part of a competitive procurement process, and IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to cancel the process at any time.
