WIPO requires the services of qualified training providers to deliver project management training programs tailored to cover the diverse nature of projects undertaken by WIPO staff and to meet the specific needs of the organization. While there are existing industry standard project management methodologies, the required training program needs to be adapted to WIPO’s unique operational context and diverse projects.
