Establishing Long Term Arrangement (LTA) to provide "Accommodation, Meetings and Conference Venue services".

UNICEF-Bangladesh is inviting interested service providers with a proven track record and professional credibility, to the attached UNICEF tender (LRPS-2025-9196489) to establish Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for provision of Accommodation, Meetings and Conference Venue services.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Offers should be sent not later than 11am (BST: GMT +6) Tuesday, 29 April 2025 by e-mail to: ebidsbangladesh@unicef.org. The subject line of the e-mail should include the bid number.  No other UNICEF address should be included in "cc" or "Bcc" in the email submission.  Proposals sent in any other manner may be invalidated.

2. Proposers should submit the following forms, in the recommended format duly filled, to the email ID: ebidsbangladesh@unicef.org.  

a.      Bid Form and declaration (duly filled and signed)

b.      Technical Proposal indicating the Service Provider’s name should be submitted as a PDF file clearly marked (SEPARATE file) along with filled Table-1, please see Annex-E for details.

c.       Financial Proposal should be submitted following the guidance and template provided in Annex-D. Both the Excel and signed PDF version of the Financial Proposal should be submitted as a password protected document.

Note: Proposals can be sent through multiple emails in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail.

Request for Proposal (RFP) attached to this email is the main Solicitation Document, LRPS-2025-9196489 which includes the Bid Form and all the Annexures.

3. Bidders are also required to submit any questions in respect to this Solicitation Document by e-mail to nhaque@unicef.org and criwaad@unicef.org. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 10 April 2025: 11:00 AM (GMT +6). Queries received from Bidders would be handled by written correspondence in Q&A form in response to clarifications and would be shared with all through UNGM link of the tender advertisement.
