Document “GISIS ST - Module Recommendations - Status of Treaties Module”” has been uploaded as attachment no. 6, for the information and reference of the bidders.
As outlined in Section 4 of the Terms of Reference (TOR), the assignment includes a provision for maintenance and support for a period of six (6) months following the completion of Phase 2 and the deployment of the new system. Bidders are advised to include the cost for this six-month maintenance and support period under Phase 2 of their financial proposal.
Annex D - IMO-2025-RFP-004-EOSG-GISIS - Financial Response Form, has been updated, bidders are advised to use the “updated Annex D - IMO-2025-RFP-004-EOSG-GISIS - Financial Response Form”, uploaded as attachment 7, bidders are advised to use the updated Annex D (attachment 7), while submitting the financial offer.

In submitting a proposal, the bidder accepts in full and without restriction the requirements of this RFP including the Terms of Reference and the IMO General Conditions Services as the sole basis of this tender process, and waives his own conditions of sale, whatever they may be. Bidders should not submit a proposal if they are unable to accept the IMO Terms and Conditions, as per Annex B.
Proposals must be received by the IMO no later than 30 April 2025, 12:00 hours (UK Time). Proposals received after the designated time will be automatically rejected. Proposals are to be transmitted online via the IMO procurement portal, using the unique link in the invitation email, stating the RFP reference in the subject line. Submission of proposals by other means is not accepted.

A Pre-Bid virtual conference meeting to provide clarifications to interested bidders will be organized as follows:
