New clarification added: Dear bidders, Kindly find the amended BOQ 2 in the documents tab, as there was a typo mistake BOQ #2 amended (Red color) in the following line items:02/05/2-a "Parking Truck Sheds" (Corrugated sheets and purlins) :area was 2150, is now amended to 20900 m202/21/9 Fire pumps : Qty is 1 pump instead of previously 2 pumpsBest regards

Kindly note that the bill of quantity does not match the items and quantities mentioned in the tender drawings & specifications, many missing items and quantities in the B.O.Q and hence the work will not be completed as per tender drawings. Please clarify , for example "Doors , windows , finishing works for buildings , Electrical components , tiling , epoxy floors ,sanitary fixtures, Guard Towers, etc"2. Referring to item no. 02/05/1 “a” & item no. 02/05/2 “a,b,c” , kindly confirm if civil & architectural works are to be included in the price3. Kindly confirm that no security bid is needed at this stage4. Kindly confirm that this project is exempted from all taxes5. Kindly confirm that only first grade sub-contractor registered under the steel structure fabrication category by the relevant local authority for qualification stage , as mentioned in the qualification criteria6. Kindly confirm that the duration for construction is 5 months7. Could you please extend the submission date by 2 weeks8. Elec. New clarification added: Clarification:Dears,We have some points to be clarified:1- Please specify boundray wall location on plan.2- Please provide a structural detail for cement board.3- Can you specify the Gabion size.4- Does the Embankment include cutting and filling and please provide a plan for it.5- Are the manholes included in the gate valve item in BOQ.6- Is it possible to use single jacket fuel tank instead of double jacket.7- Cand we replace UPP pipes with black steel pipes as UPP pipes.8- Does the sliding steel door has an electircal motor.9- Do you have a list o approved materials.UNOPS Reply:1. Boundary wall is on the perimeter of the site2. Cement board construction is used as cladding on the steel gate arch with all necessary fixing elements.3. New clarification added: Clarifications:We have noticed that the VRF and Split units in the Drawings have no items in the BoQ, if you open Bill No 2 , in the HVAC Section no 23 , there are only fuel pumping and storage items. After analyzing the drawings and comparing with the BoQs, I think there are missing BoQ files for most buildings.UNOPS Reply: only the BOQ`s related works are to be executed

New clarification added: Clarification:It is requested that we provide 150sqm on site new offices for UNOPS/Consultant . With consideration to the project duration of 4 months , constructing caravans of this size requires at least 3 weeks. This may interfere with the project timeline and add risk of delays. Kindly advise if we can install our available used caravans and the area to be less but sufficient to satisfy the criteria of No of offices, facilities etc. UNOPS Reply:The area of the offices can be reduced to a minimum of 70m2 to provide 4 office rooms with 2 WCs. But they shall be NEW prafabs and the first week shall be enough to provide these offices fully furnished and usable.
