Establishment of long-term agreement (LTA) for Supply & Delivery of (Adolescent Girls kits)
This is a local Invitation to Bid for suppliers in The West Bank and Jerusalem.
· Declaration: The declaration in the LITB form must be signed and returned
to UNICEF along with the technical and financial bid.
· Submission of Master Sheet: Complete the #Submission Master Sheet",
print, sign/stamp it, and send it in both Excel and PDF formats (signed/stamped PDF). Indicate the
expected delivery date (in days) and the quantity your company has in stock.
For Technical Submission:
· Interested vendors should address and provide evidence for all parts of the
technical specifications requested and specified in (Annex B).
· Interested vendors are requested to provide technical datasheets and
technical submittal proves meeting the requested specifications.
· For each item included in this LITB, the Interested vendors must provide
comprehensive technical submittal file, the technical submittal file must be TITELED WITH
COMPANY NAME, THEN LITB REFRENCE, THEN LITB ITEM # as stated in in (Annex B.
· Interested vendors should include in their technical submittal certificate of
manufacturers, certificate of origin, and certificate of conformity as applied.
· Interested vendors should consider that they are responsible for covering
any costs related to required conformity tests before or upon deliver.
· Successful vendors /s must furnish shipment slips and manufacturer
certificates of origin upon items delivery if required. Failure to provide these required documents will be
deemed non-compliance.
· Availability Requirements: Immediate delivery is needed/ preferable;
however, you can indicate the Leadtime needed for making any item ready for delivery from PO
commitment date. Please specify your availability options in the #Submission Master Sheet”.
· Delivery destination:
· 1) To Zikim or Karm Abu Salim checkpoints; UNICEF will take over from
there.
· 2) To UNICEF warehouses in West Bank
Please specify your delivery options in the #Submission Master Sheet”.
· Sample Check: Sample checking for some items might be mandatory.
· In the #Submission Master Sheet” ". Please indicate the availability status
of samples. If samples are not available, please advise on the time required to make them available.
· Pictures in Submission: If you include pictures in your submission, title
them with the COMPANY NAME, LITB REFERENCE, followed by the LITB ITEM NO. within the
submission file.
For Financial Submission
· Prices should be in Israeli Shekels (ILS) excluding VAT. Pls indicate the
price in the " Master Submission Sheet."
· Successful vendor/s should be able provide Zero Vat Invoice for payment
completion of any issued and fulfilled purchase order.
· Successful bidder/s may receive purchase orders for the items they havesuccessfully fulfilled and been selected for.
· All products should be inspected by the receiving officer/s before issuing
the final invoice.
· UNICEF has the right to partially award to technically accepted vendors.
Other Notes:
· Stamping and Dating: All pages and parts of the submittal should be
stamped with the date of submission.
· Partial Awards: UNICEF reserves the right to partially award contracts to
technically accepted vendors.
· Bid Validity: UNICEF is requesting bid validity of up to 120 days until
finalizing the LTA creating process.
· Product Inspection: All products will be inspected by the receiving
officer(s) before the final invoice is issued.
