Description

Deliver comprehensive third-party logistics services based in Manila, Philippines. The scope of this work is extensive, encompassing a full range of logistics and brokerage. These services include customs clearance, ensuring that all imported goods meet regulatory requirements and are processed efficiently for quick release. Once received, the goods will undergo careful inspection, labeling, and be stored in accordance with their specific requirements.

The logistics provider will be responsible for managing inventory through systematic and transparent reporting to keep track of all items, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and availability. The provider will also handle the picking of items from storage based on orders, as well as packing them securely and labelling the cargo securely for shipment. This process may include repacking to accommodate specific shipping needs or to ensure that products remain intact and safe during transport.

The items being managed primarily consist of medical supplies, perishable goods, temperature-controlled sensitive supplies, and fragile and costly medical devices. This requires specialized handling and storage solutions, particularly for perishable and temperature-sensitive items, which may include vaccines, medications, or other products that need to be kept under strict temperature control. The service provider must have the infrastructure and expertise to manage cold chain logistics, ensuring these items are stored at the correct temperature and shipped under optimal conditions. Medical devices and supplies also require careful management, necessitating precision in inventory tracking and timely delivery.
