PUBLIC TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS

FOR INSTITUTIONAL CONSULTANCY FORMATIVE EVALUATION

OF THE PILOTING OF THE REMEDIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMME

“APRENDIZAGEM NA IDADE CERTA- AIC” (LEARNING AT RIGHT TIME) IN ANGOLA (2024 - 2025)

Purpose of the call:

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Angola informs the general public and interested Companies/Corporations that it has a Request for Proposal for public tender for procurement of solicitation of proposals for institutional consultancy formative evaluation of the piloting of the remedial education programme “aprendizagem na Idade Certa- AIC ” (learning at right time) in angola (2024-2025).

Tendering methodology

Proposals must be sent to the email address below by 04th of November 2024 at 23h59 . Proposals should only be sent to the following email address ONLY: supplyangolabid@unicef.org

Technical and financial proposals must be sent in two separate files, as follows:

In order to apply, the company must be registered with the United Nations Global Market (UNGM): Criar aviso de licitação (ungm.org)

Before submitting your proposals, please complete the declaration form that begins on pages 3-5. Please complete the form correctly and sign the declaration to confirm your interest in participating.

Proposals will not be validated if the declaration is not signed.
