New clarification added: Q1. Please share the distribution plan, or the cities to which the delivery should be made?Ans1. Please note that the distribution plan has been mentioned in the solicitation documents as follows:RFQ_Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms: Form C: Technical Quotation Form, under table of Consignee-wise quantity distribution . RFQ_Section_II_Schedule_of_Requirements: under table of Consignee-wise quantity distribution . Q2. For Bank guarantee cheque, shall we provide it the offer submission phase or after winning the PO? and what is the guarantee amount? Ans.2: For the performance Guarantee, it is not required to provide it at the offer submission phase, it is only required that the Bidder confirms that should he/She win the award, an irrevocable and unconditional, on-demand bank guarantee for performance for 5% of the PO cost and in the form provided or otherwise acceptable to UNOPS. The bank guarantee must be provided by the supplier to UNOPS prior to execution of the contract.
