United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for " LRPS-2024-9193282 Long Term Agreement for Event Management Services" through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF invites you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Proposals for Services (LRPS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Deadline of Proposal Submission
Proposal/quotation must be submitted and received by e-mail ONLY to:

Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire
As part of UNICEF's commitment to sustainable procurement and contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we kindly request all bidders to complete the Annex G- Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire attached to the tender documents.
This questionnaire aims to gather information on your organization's sustainability policies, practices, and commitments across key environmental and social areas such as CO2 emissions, waste management, resource consumption, and social accountability. Please note that the information provided will not be used for contract-making decisions but will help us gain insights into sustainable procurement practices in the market.
Instructions:
- Complete the attached Annex G - Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire to the best of your ability.
- Provide supporting documents as requested (e.g., environmental policies, waste management procedures, certifications, etc.).
- Submit the completed questionnaire alongside your technical and financial proposals.
Your cooperation in filling out this questionnaire will contribute to our efforts to promote responsible and sustainable business practices.
Important note;
- To read, understand and comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined in the tender document LRPS-2024-9193282 (Including Annex A – UNICEF General Terms and Conditions) by signing the Form page 5.
- Bidders are required to complete & submit the MDM Form (see Annex C) and provide along the proof of Bank account- copy of cancelled check or bank statement or bank letter.

Sustainable Procurement practices integrate requirements, specifications, and criteria that are compatible and in favour of the protection of the environment, the social progress and in support of economic development. These practices seek resource efficiency, improve the quality of products and services, and ultimately optimize costs (HLCM Procurement Network). Sustainable Procurement is one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (goals 12 and 12.7), and it also contributes to the achievement of all SDGs. This indicator summarizes sustainability considerations that relate to inclusion of a person with disability.
Examples:
Organizational policy on disability inclusion, recruiting people with disabilities, accessible premises, disability-inclusive supply chains, and manufacturing accessible products.

Examples:
Energy-saving measures, recycling, take-back programmes and responsible end-of-life management
