SERVICES FOR UNICEF ANGOLA PREMISES

Purpose of the Call:

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Angola is issuing a public Request for Proposal (RFP) for cleaning and gardening services for its premises.

Tendering Methodology:

• Proposal Submission Deadline:
  Proposals must be submitted by email no later than 19th September 2024 at 23:59.
• Submission Email Address:
  Proposals should be sent exclusively to the following email address: supplyangolabid@unicef.org
• Premises Visit:
  A visit to the premises will be arranged as part of the bidding process. Visits can be scheduled during UNICEF’s working hours, from 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m..

When submitting the proposals for RFP-LRPS-2024-9192615, ensure they are sent in two separate emails:

1. Technical Proposal: Use the subject line "RFP-LRPS-2024-9192615- Technical Proposal."
2. Financial Proposal: Use the subject line "RFP-LRPS-2024-9192615- Financial Proposal."

Additionally, the applying company must be registered with the United Nations Global Market (UNGM). Before submission, complete the declaration form found on pages 3-5 of the RFP document. Ensure that the form is filled out correctly and that the declaration is signed to confirm your interest in participating in the RFP.

Proposals will not be validated if the declaration form is not signed. Please review the following options carefully:

YES:
If you select YES, you confirm that you have no issues with making the required declaration.

NO:
If you select NO, you acknowledge that a declaration is required.
