SECTION 1: LETTER OF INVITATION

International Organization for Migration, hereinafter referred to as IOM, hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the deadline for submission of bids set out in Section 3: Data Sheet.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the attached Form A: Bid Confirmation by email to IOMYEMENTENDER@iom.int no later than 03 September 2024, indicating whether you intend to submit a bid or not. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in Section 3: Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.

Instructions:

- Interested bidders who have not yet registered with us can do so by clicking the link below..

- Technical Offer should include all required documents mentioned the technical evaluation criteria.

- Interested bidders shall submit a 2% a bid security along with their offer and a copy of the bid should be together with the tender documents and the original bid security should be delivered to IOM Aden office.

- Awarded bidders will submit a 10% performance security.

- Bidders must fill and submit the delivery  plan.

- Bidders must submit Bank Statement/financial statement.

- Bidders must submit a prove of a relevant experience.

- Bidders must have an official license from authorities.

- Payment: Payment will be released as per agreed terms and conditions within 30 Calendar days after 100% delivery.

Others:

 Deadline of submission offers will be on September 14, 2024 at 05:00 PM.

The system will reject submissions after the deadline.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
