The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) is seeking to gather information on available commercial gym equipment solutions, including pricing, leasing terms, ecofriendly and maintenance service options, to make informed decisions on whether to lease, purchase or trade-in the equipment required for our facility. UNON intends to receive information to identify potential suppliers who can supply commercial gym equipment and offer maintenance services that meet its needs and specifications. We invite suppliers who are able to operate at local level (Nairobi, Kenya) to provide detailed information on their available commercial gym equipment, with options for purchasing, leasing and trade-In option This RFI seeks to gather comprehensive details on: Equipment Requirements, A. Cardio Equipment: Skill mills, Vario Machine, Treadmills, Recliner bikes, Ellipticals, spin bikes and rowing machines B. Strength Equipment: Leg Press machine, Vertical Traction, Lat Machine, Multi Power Squat Machine, Flat Bench Press Machine, Shoulder Press Machine, Arm Curl Machine, Incline Bench Press Machine, Chest Incline Press Machine, Lat Pulley Machine, Arm Extension & Chest Press Machine, Leg Extension Machine, Low Row machine, Leg Curl Machine, Rotary Calf Machine, Preacher Bench Machine, Hyper Extension Machine, Pull down machine, Multi Hip Machine, Kinesis Pulley, Lower Back, Abdominal Crunch, Abductor machine, Adductor Machine, Glute, Abdominal Bench and Free Weight Racks C. Functional Equipment: Kettlebells, exercise bands, exercise fitness balls Specifications for each are outlined in attached Annex A, Product Catalog: • Provide detailed descriptions and specifications of the listed gym equipment Sustainability Options: • Provide self -power options for the listed equipment • Provide equipment information on energy efficient models, low carbon footprint manufacturing processes, and end-of-life recycling programs. Pricing Structure: • Provide information for itemized cost for each piece of equipment for both leasing and purchase options. • Provide clear and detailed purchasing terms including any discounts for bulk purchase. Leasing Options: • Provide detailed lease terms, including duration, maintenance responsibilities and options for lease to own. Trade In Option: • Provide detailed information on trade-in terms and conditions, including the methodology used for determining the trade-in value.
