INTRODUCTION

UNDP South Country Office is planning to redesign its 1300 m² office premises at Metropark Building (8th - 9th floor), 351 Francis Baard Street, Pretoria by end of September 2024.

UNDP South AFrica Country Office intends to hire a architecture/design firm under a consultancy modality to redesign the layout of the office premises as required.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Scope of Work:

·       Review the existing structural drawing of UNDP office and prepare the office layout suitable to UNDP and suggest any internal civil work, etc. to be done.

·       Prepare layout for workstations, conference/meeting rooms, filing and all other necessary facilities.

·       Review the UNDP country office and its project office staffing structure and existing workstations and furniture to make best use of those.

·       Provide standard security requirements maintaining modern space, efficient concepts and aesthetic view in consultation with UNDP Management while preparing the new office layout.

·       If necessary, provide necessary instructions to the chosen engineer in consultation with UNDP

Management for necessary internal civil works to be done.

·       Provide interior solutions for the new office design.

·       Provide proper working drawings for all construction works.
