Delivery of Ethics and Integrity Training

To ensure that all United Nations staff perform their functions to the highest ethical standards and in line with organizational core values (integrity, professionalism, respect for diversity), the UN Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development Section (LLODS)/OHRM is seeking a qualified organization or entity to support the design and delivery of its ethics education program which is intended to promote awareness of and commitment to integrity and best ethical practices in the United Nations context. This program has focused primarily on workshop format training for staff members at all levels (Staff Assistants to Senior Leadership) to enable participants to review principles of sound ethical decision-making and related rules and procedures. The UN expects to broaden this focus on workshop-based training to a wider range of options, with the goal being for staff members to gain awareness of the UN’s expectations for ethical behavior, understanding of the rules and guidance for ethical behavior, and ultimately competence in analyzing and addressing ethical dilemmas. We are open to consideration of any and all delivery methods. Contractors will work in collaboration with LLODS/OHRM and the UN Ethics Office, in line with the Organization’s ethics training strategy and related priorities.
