Dear Bidders,
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for the supply of Sever Cloud and ICT Equipment in Cambodia in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Section II - Schedule of Requirements as set out in this (RFQ).
The required items are classified into lots as below:
Lot 1- Amazon EC2 Server Cloud - 1package
Lot 2- Multi functions color photocopier - 1set
Lot 3- Color Printers- 3sets
Lot 4- Black and White Printers - 2sets
Lot 5- Paper Shredder Machine- 1unit
Criteria of evaluation - The criteria of evaluation will be done lot by lot
Remark: Women-owned companies are encouraged to submit quotation.

RFQ/2024/50930.Please kindly find UNOPS' response as given below:Question#1: What’s connectivity will you use to access to EC2?UNOPS's Answer# 1 - The connectivity to be used to access the EC2 is Public and Elastic IP (EIP) address.Question#2: And do you already prepare it? because we don’t see EIP in EC2 as well, do you require it?UNOPS's Answer # 2 - (i). No, It is not yet prepared. (ii). Costs for the EIP and Installation services must be included in the offer and are required to be provided by the selected bidder.Best regards,UNOPS team
