PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF AUXILIARY MACHINES AT THE UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AT NAIROBI

UNON Division of Conference Services, Print Shop Services, (DCS-PSS) is a print service provider using a multitude of equipment and machinery to produce printed materials. The equipment ranges from largely mechanical machinery to complex machinery involving microcircuit boards, air systems, hydraulics involving both water and oil, sensors, computer assisted controls etc. All the equipment requires preventive and corrective maintenance to always ensure functionality. United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) is undertaking a fact finding exercise to estalish sources for Provision of Maintenance and Servicing of Auxiliary Machines at The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON). The Contractor(s) will be responsible for mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, Hydraulic, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment including machining services and identification of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts where required or prescribed for PSS to maintain full functionality and good working order of all auxiliary equipment. The Contractor(s) will be required to import or procure the OEM parts for the various equipment when needed to maintain operational viability. Confirmation that your organisation has a fully equiped and functioning workshop located in Nairobi to carry out the maintenance services. 2. Confirmation that your organisation is able to Procure OEM parts, spares and tools necessary for repairing, servicing and maintaining equipment.
