New clarification added: Clarification:Regarding the Drawing number M-600 (mechanical layout) indicates that air handling unit AHU05 includes exhaust air, which means that there is a three-way mixing box for return air. However, drawing number MH-102 indicates that there is an exhaust fan that performs the same function. What shall the contractor put in consideration to apply for this item?UNOPS Answer:The exhaust flow rate shown in the AHU’s schedule reflects the amount of air that should be relieved from the return air before entering the AHU “by an external fan as shown in drawing number MH-102”.The AHU contains a mixing box that mixes only the return air with fresh air.

New clarification added: Clarification:Dear UNOPS,Regarding the electrical division and IPS panels, I have a few concerns and questions:1. There are 3 of the IPS’s connected/demanded load is specified as 10.4kW, meanwhile the medical standard is 10kVA most for the MIPSs (IEC 60364-7-710), is 10kva would be suitable?2. Each of the current breakers specified as 32A, and because the maximum demanded load will be 10kVA. IEC 60364-7-710 is the standard for medical isolation systems. The available is 16A and max 20A, is it suitable for to use 16A?UNOPS Answer:It's applicable and suitable to consider the maximum demand load as 10 KVA, since we considered additional load and spare sockets connected to the IPS DB.Any lighting circuits to be fed by 16A circuit breaker, any socket outlet to be fed by 20A circuit breaker, and any socket outlet loads that exceed 2000 watt to be supplied by 25A
