The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines invites civil works contractors/construction companies to submit quotations for ten (10) construction projects in BARMM under the PROACTIVE Project (see attached Ad)

In-person Pre-Bid Conferences with Supplier Registration in Quantum (e-tendering system) will be conducted on the following dates at different venues.

  1. Venue: Pinnacle Hotel, Davao City

Time: 1:00PM – 5:00PM

Date: 05 September 2023 (Tuesday)

  1. Venue: New Dawn Hotel, Cagayan De Oro

Time: 1:00PM – 5:00PM

Date: 06 September 2023 (Wednesday)

Interested firms must send an email to procurement.ph@undp.org with the following details: Company name, Company Address, Name of Representative, Email address. Please write in the email subject line: “Pre-bid conference Civil Works (indicate Davao or CDO)” and confirm participation by September 4, 2023.

Please visit links to procurement notices for instructions on how to register in the Quantum e-tendering system so that you may access the bid documents.

Please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in the RFQ and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set in the Quantum system. All Minutes, amendments to the solicitation documents, responses to bidders' clarifications, and possible extensions of the deadline will be posted on the same platform.
