Description
This RFQ refers to the supply, delivery and installation of Information and Communications Technologies ( ICT) Equipment to various hospitals across Uzbekistan. The requirement consists of the following 9 items divided into 4 lots:
Lot #1/Item#1:Personal Computer- 200 pcs;
Lot #1/Item#2:Multifunctional unit (printer, scanner)- 100 pcs ;
Lot #2: IT equipment for LAN- 15 sets;
Lot #3: Video conferencing devices- 16 sets;
Lot #4: Multichannel telephone sets with personal computers- 16 sets;
Lot #5: Transportation and delivery of Lot 1: personal computers and multifunctional printers
Lot #6: Transportation, delivery, installation and training for Lot 2: IT equipment for LAN
Lot #7: Transportation, delivery, installation and training for Lot 3: Video conferencing devices
Lot #8: Transportation, delivery, installation and training for Lot 4:Multichannel telephone set with personal computer
Note to Bidders:
Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot. UNOPS reserves the right to vary the quantities of lots or remove a lot, and award multiple contracts for each lot.

New clarification added: Q5: Do bidders must bid for all lots in the RFQ? A5: Bidders shall be allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each lot and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a lot.

New clarification added: Q3: Reference is made to Lot 2:Set of IT equipment for LAN, technical requirement line #21:"Ports 24x 1Gbps Base-T with RJ45 connector;At least 4 x 100G QSFP+ ;1x USB port;1x Console port;1x Management port" Is it acceptable to provide equipment with 2 X 40G configuration? A3:No, 2x 40Gbps is not acceptable, minimum 4x 40Gbps is needed besides 24x 1Gbps.

New clarification added: Q2: Reference is made to Lot #4: Multichannel telephone sets with personal computers. Is there any and what PBX/platform is in place? A2:There is no requirement for a PBX platform. As long as the VoIP/VTC solution supports protocols described in the requirements we will be able to connect it to either existing or future VoIP networks.

New clarification added: Q1a:Reference is made to Lot # 2:Set of IT equipment for LAN, Line # 21 stipulates requirements to the network switch: "Ports 24x 1Gbps Base-T with RJ45 connector;At least 4 x 100G QSFP+ ; 1x USB port; 1x Console port; 1x Management port". Will the following technical specifications be acceptable: 24x 1Gbps Base-T with RJ45 connector and at least 2 x 40G QSFP+? A1a:A minimum of 4x 40Gbps QSFP+ is acceptable along with 24x 1Gbps. Higher processor, RAM, and flash memory specifications required for the switch to operate are allowed. For your informationб the servers to which the required switches are to be connected, will have the following interfaces "2 x 100GbE, QSFP + RJ-45 connector 2 x FC-AL 32Gbps". Q1b: Reference is made to Lot # 2: Set of IT equipment for LAN, Line # 17 stipulates that minimum requirement on number of processors of network switch is 2 cores.Will a processor of 1 core be acceptable? A1b:Yes a 1-core processor will be accepted for consideration.

New clarification added: Q1: Reference is made to Lot 2:Set of IT equipment for LAN, requirements in line #12-UPS backup support of Minimum 15 min. Would a UPS with backup time of 5 minutes maximum be acceptable? A1: In Lot 2, UPS is for switch only and is not intended for data recovery and/or backup on servers. Therefore, bidder must calculate the power consumption of a switch offered and offer a rack UPS that can provide power for 15 minutes and not less than 1KVA. UPSs in lots 1.1; 1.2; 3; 4 are also required to work for 15 minutes and they are also not related to data recovery and back up on servers.
