Tender description: The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter "UNOPS") invites you to submit documents for prequalification in English, for the provision of rehabilitation/ construction of health facilities in Yemen.

New clarification added: Question:Please clarify if the bidder have more than two or four similar projects in the last 5 years? or two similar projects each year during 5 years? UNOPS reply:Depending on the scope of work the bidder is interested to apply to, the bidder should be in continuous business of constructing/rehabilitating similar works for the last 5 years. And the bidder should have 2 similar projects in Yemen for rehabilitation works with an amount of at least $1,000,000 or construction works with an amount of at least $1,500,000, of Hospital/medical facilities or other commercial buildings. Project completion/experience certificates issued by the Employers should be submitted.

New clarification added: Question:Should companies that have current/previous contract/PO with UNOPS participate in this tender, or are they considered eligible and there is no need to participate ?UNOPS reply:Companies should participate in the prequalification, even if having current/previous contract/PO with UNOPS

New clarification added: Dears / UNOPS We would like to ensure that this Per qualification is only for construction companies, or its general, we are medical equipment and supplies supplier, can we participate in this RQ? UNOPS REPLY: The PQ is only for construction companies.
