Description

The Judiciary has developed and implemented Case Tracking System (CTS) and E-Filing System in all court. These systems will be integrated with Small Claims Court Mobile Application. Small Claims Court Mobile App is envisioned to have two core modules: E-Filing System and Case Tracking System. The mobile app shall be made available on the google play store and apple app store.


Objectives:

The following are the objectives for the development and implementation of Mediation Project;
a) Development of Small Claims Court E-Filing System Mobile App
b) Development of Small Claims Court Case Tracking System Mobile App
c) Integration of SCC Mobile App with Case Tracking System
d) Integration of SCC Mobile App with Judiciary E-Filing System
e) Integration of SCC Mobile App with Judiciary E-Payment and SMS Gateway
f) Support and Maintenance of Integrated MMS
g) Provision of e-Signatures 

Project Scope

The scope of work shall include;

i) Integrating the app with the Judiciary Case Management System
ii) Setting up of the mobile development environment
iii) Developing the Mobile App prototype for development, testing and reviews
iv) Development of Small Claims Court E-Filing System Mobile App
v) Development of Small Claims Court Case Tracking System Mobile App
