RFP-2023-53 LTA for Web design and development

Description :The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from web design and development companies to enter into a non-exclusive long-term agreement (LTA) for an initial period of 2 years, with a potential extension of 2 year and a with up to five (5) successful bidder(s) to “Design and develop online communication tools, applications and platforms for innovative ways of telling UNAIDS story.

Key requirements:
Development of websites, microsites, and other interactive tools
The Contractor shall be able to provide comprehensive web design and development services for UNAIDS’ multiple projects. Projects may range from developing new functionalities for existing website to building new micros sites for specific advocacy campaigns and other innovative storytelling applications and digital platforms as well as interactive data-visualization tools.
o UNAIDS is looking for a cutting-edge web design agency to design among other things microsites, interactive data-visualization tools, digital storytelling platforms, interactive reports etc.
o The style and characteristics of deliverables should be fresh, original, visually modern, multimedia friendly, shareable and responsive
o UNAIDS will ask providers to design and develop specific online tools for different purposes.
o UNAIDS will provide detailed information about the characteristics needed and the content to be used.
o The selected company will develop a proposal based on the instructions provided by UNAIDS.
o Once proposal is signed off, the company will proceed to build the deliverable requested within the agreed timeframe.
