The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hereby solicits your Bid for the subject requirements, in this connection please refer to the attached Scanned Invitation to Bid-Service (LRPS) documents. Notes: -
- Bidders should submit two proposals in 2 two separate emails. One email should contain a technical proposal and the second email should contain the financial proposal. Each envelope should be clearly marked “Technical proposal” or “Financial proposal” as the case may be. Electronic submissions are also allowed. Bids should be submitted to e-mail: irqtender@unicef.org .
Important NOTE: Financial and technical Proposals sent in the same email even if it's in separate attachments will be disqualified. Important the each of the attachments is sent in separate emails.
- Prebid meeting: Prebid meeting: A mandatory pre-bidding conference will be held via Zoom, 13.04.2023 via Zoom at 11:00 am through below zoom link:

- UNICEF has the right to split the award based on price, quality and or lead time.
- Partial financial proposal is Not permitted.
- Questions from Proposers: Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by [EMAIL] to salmukhtar@unicef.org; aaljawadi@unicef.org ; aalagha@unicef.org ; habdulrazzaq@unicef.org, The deadline for receipt of any questions is COB [COB of 04.06.2023].
- Vendors are encouraged to send their e-mail Bid at least 24 hours before the designated closing time to avoid any potential delay in the submission and hence, consequent rejection.
- Please note that your emails should not exceed 15 MB. You can submit more than one email, but please label each email correctly (1 of 5, 2 of 5 – etc.)
