Construction of Multi-function Room Canopy

The World Health Organization, Western Pacific Region (hereinafter referred to as WHO-WPR) is pleased to invite prospective contractor/s to submit a proposal for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-FUNCTION ROOM CANOPY in accordance with the WHO Terms and Conditions as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Interested to participate in the RFP can submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) on 13 April 2023 (see requirements below) and a Pre-bid Virtual Meeting will take place on Friday, 14 April 2023 at 1600H Manila, GMT+8 Time. Kindly provide your email addresses for the calendar invitation.

The RFP consists of the following:

- Request for Proposal (RFP) - Terms of Reference (TOR)

- Returnable Form: Annex 1- Acknowledgement Form (Expression of Interest- EOI)

- Returnable Form: Annex 2- Confidentiality Undertaking

- Returnable Form: Annex 6- Self Declaration Form

Upon submission via email to <wproungm@who.int> (use subject: Bid Ref. WPRO/2023-04/DAF_ASU/ 196846) of duly completed and signed Annexes 1, 2 and 6 the Appendices 1 to 4 shall be released to prospective contractor/s.

- Appendix 4 - Photos of existing MFR Canopy

APPLICATIONS

Qualified and interested contractor/s should submit their proposals with returnable forms no later than 28 April 2023 at 1700H hours Manila, GMT+8 Time as follows:

- Two (2) hard copies, labelled "Master Copy" and "Copy"

- Two (2) USB key(s)

The bidder must ensure that the content of all copies is identical. If at any time a difference is discovered between any copies of the proposal then the "Master Copy" will prevail as the official copy.
