Provision of Printing Services to UNFICYP

1. The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise, for the provision of printing services to UNFICYP, on an 'as and when required' basis, for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option to extend for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each (3+1+1 years). 2. The services to be performed by the successful Contractor include the artwork, formatting, typesetting, layout and printing of various publications, newsletters, signage, stickers, posters, banners, promotional materials, stationery and clothing materials i.e. t-shirts, self inking stamps, vehicles' registration plates and other printed products. 3. Delivery shall be made within the agreed time frame and on the basis of Delivered at Place (DAP) - UNFICYP HQ, Nicosia, Cyprus (Incoterms 2010). 4. In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors who would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified Vendors are requested to express their interest by using the attached Vendor Response Form. The Interest shall be sent to the attention of Ms. Stella Kitti, Procurement Assistant via email unficyp-procurement@un.org, no later than Wednesday, 12 April 2023. 5. UNFICYP reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNFICYP reserves the right to change or cancel any of these requirements at any time during the EOI and/or the solicitation process. Please note that Vendors have to be registered at Level 1 at the time of the award. 6. The UNGM registration is mandatory for responding to this EOI. Interested vendors are strongly recommended to submit the required documentation at the United Nations Global Marketplace at www.ungm.org for Level 01 registration.
