New clarification added: Q1: In Form C: Technical Quotation Form, in Delivery requirements and Comparative Data Table it is requested that the delivery time be maximum 45 days from the contract commencement date. Since the supply change disruption from last year no manufacturer has been able to deliver laptops, docking stations and chargers in less than 60 days. Having this in mind please extend the delivery time to 70 days.A1: The Bidders are invited to place their bids in accordance with the Section II - Schedule of Requirements, which also include the delivery terms. In the Form C: Technical Quotation Form, the bidders may list any deviation of their offer in respect to the requirements.
