New clarification added: Dear Sir,We have noticed in the submission that the bidder must be registed in the USA, we are a company registered in Hong Kong and opeates out of China, from which almost all the computers are made.May we submit the company registration certificate from Hong kong instead?Answer,According to the qualification criteria, the bidder or his subcontractor should be legally incorporated in the United States of America, proven by submission of a valid Company.
