INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 

For Short listing of Companies/ Service Providers

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Programs being implemented by IOM South Sudan, IOM now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Companies/Service Providers for the supply of different Goods and Services such as (but not limited to):

BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION WORKS, BOREHOLE DRILLING, PROVISION OF INTERNET SERVICE, SUPPLY AND MAINTENANCE OF IT-EQUIPMENT, OFFICE FURNITURES, VARIOUS MAINTENANCE SERVICES (CARPENTRY, MASONRY, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AC REPAIR ETC.), CARGO TRANSPORT, AIR CHARTER, CAR HIRE SERVICES, OFFICE STATIONERY SUPPLIES, TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT, PRINTING SERVICES, VEHICLES MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR, NFI ITEMS, WASH ITEMS ETC.  CATERING SERVICES FOR WORKSHOP (PACKED LUNCH, SODA , WATER, MORING AND AFTERNOON TEA WITH SNACKS); VARIOUS CONSTRCUTION MATERIALS (MASONRY, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL ETC), HUB CLEANING SUPPLIES, VARIOUS TOYOTA LC  ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS; VARIOUS HINO 500/700 TRUCK SPARE PARTS, VARIOUS CATERPILAR;  GENERATOR CONSUMABLE PARTS (AIR FILTERS, OIL FILTERS, WATER SEPARATOR, ENGINE OIL, COOLANT, BATTERIES ETC); TRASHPUMPS CONSUMABLE AND VARIOUS SPARE PARTS (MULTIQUIP AND ATLAS COPCO); DIESEL (IN BULK QTY)

The Expression of Interest is open to both existing and potential vendors/service providers and shall contain information as detailed.

The Expression of Interest shall be submitted in original copy and should be received at any of the IOM office at the following addresses:

IOM COUNTRY OFFICE JUBA: New Industrial Area Northern Bari, Juba South Sudan

IOM SUB-OFFICE MALAKAL:  Malakal  Sub Office, UNMISS Malakal Camp

IOM SUB-OFFICE BENTIU: Bentiu  Sub Office, UNMISS Bentiu Camp

IOM SUB-OFFICE WAU: Hai Daraja, Wau South Sudan

The submissions should be received on or before:  07 DECEMBER 2022

Based on the above information, IOM shall draw up the shortlist of Companies/Service Providers. Only short-listed Companies/Service Providers will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals in each category. 

Interested Companies/Service Providers may obtain further information from IOM by writing to the following address: iomssprocurement@iom.int with subject as EOI 2022 ENQUIRIES on or before 30th November 2022, 1700hrs. Documents are uploaded in UNGM website.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
