Dear Prospective Bidder, Subject: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable Contractor to create a functional software package containing the Automated Feature Extraction Over High Resolution Imagery AI/ML for the identification of building footprints model, with the potential extension to other features extraction such as roads, etc. This component will enable the run of AI/ML models in a ‘Plug&Play’ mode to increase the adaptability and resilience of Automated Feature Extraction Over High Resolution Imagery at the global, regional, and country level under WHO RFP reference: 2022-065_DDI-DNA_HighResImagery.
