The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Central Asia (UNODC ROCA) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest for services on conducting an on-line survey of the administrative personnel of private legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (hereafter - private sector) for receiving: - assessments on the level of prevalence of corrupt practices at B2G and G2B interactions in different sectors of Uzbekistan’s economy and regions and at different scenarios of interaction. - estimates of proportion of cases of corrupt interactions initiated by business sector or by public servant. - general understanding of the push factors and motivation for corrupt interaction for business sector.  The detailed scope of work will be provided to the companies who will be qualified for the RFQ to be followed right after this request for EOI. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Vendors interested on provision of the above services must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (on below link on page (4). UNODC ROCA will examine this EOI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNODC ROCA reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
