New clarification added: Question :in reference of 3.3 Targeted areas in the Palestine Medical complex :it says during the early discussion some functions should reallocated to implement the new medical center , can you provide further details on where these functions shlould be reallocartecd . Due to shortage of participation time , is kindly possible to postpone tyhe deadline for another week? instead of 27.Oct.2022 can it be on 03..Nov.2022 .UNOPS Answer: The relocation of the existing functions is the responsibility of the medical centre. They will provide space for them . We will design the works for the proposed functions of the proposed rehabilitation center in the basement area only . For the deadline : we can extend it to 31/10/2022.Thanks

New clarification added: Question:With reference to 3.4 "Location" of the TOR, we kindly request whether our firm can be considered as a participant by having a local consultant with an office based centrally in Palestine. UNOPS answer: Refer to criteria stated in the tender "Bidder/firm shall submit evidence of its ability to enter to Palestinian Territories, West Bank, in order to conduct site related works as specified in the ToR". You can submit your bid with cooperation of local consultant through joint venture or as a sub consutltant.Thanks
